Hi,
I have a question regarding First-Tier Contributions. When calculating the contributions for my foreground activity “MEC building”, Activity Browser reports a contribution from “MEC building” itself (about 3.5% of the total impact).
However, MEC building has no biosphere flows and no self-referencing technosphere exchange. All its exchanges are technosphere inputs from other activities, and all of them are already represented in the FT contribution results.
Is it expected that the reference activity itself appears as a first-tier contribution, or could this indicate an issue with the FT contribution calculation/aggregation?
