Local Storage banner not enabled

Current Behavior :

The LocalStorageBanner component is existing but it is disabled in App.vue , so users don't get to see the permission banner.

Expected Behavior :

The Local Storage consent banner should be displayed to users until they Accept or Decline , encouraging transparency.

Proposed Change:

Removing the disable prop and render the LocalStorageBanner component in App.vue

Feedback:

I would really appreciate any feedback or guidance on this idea and I would be grateful to know whether it would be appropriate to raise this as a formal issue.

This is intentional. We only store public data that does not include PI for optimization purposes.
