deltalake tutorial: Prerequisites under Installation; drop dup mode-pick blurb
- Move Prerequisites from a top-level section (which landed weirdly between Authentication and Installation) into Installation as its first subsection — it's setup checklist, not standalone reference. - Trim "Usage Example" intro that re-explained when to pick which writeMode — the "Choosing between the three modes" section above already covers that. Replace with a one-line pointer to the two alternative configs. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

In `external-direct` you can also skip Databricks entirely and authenticate against the bucket with static AWS keys (`awsAccessKeyId` + `awsSecretAccessKey`) or the [AWS default provider chain](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/sdk-for-java/latest/developer-guide/credentials-chain.html). Set up of the SP and grants is part of [Step 1](#step-1-set-up-databricks-side).
