Spot Diagnostic Panel to update after calibration is run

I believe the Spot Diagnostic Panel in calibration (which is amazing by the way - thank you Patrick!) should update after running the calibration. I believe it is currently static from the prior pull spots function.

So, after calibration is ran or the undo button is pressed, the predicted XY and angles get re-computed based on the new instrument parameters. The measured angles also get re-computed. These things happen here.

However, the measured positions of the spots in XY coordinates are not re-taken. This would require re-running pull_spots(), which can be time-consuming. Maybe we should add that button to re-run pull_spots()? I think we talked about that before. I wonder if that will fix this?

If it looks like the dialog doesn't get updated/re-rendered automatically, let me know and that is probably an easy issue to fix.
