Currently, exporting the HEDM workflow does not support process operations like flips, dark subtraction, etc., that may have been performed on the images in the GUI, before running the HEDM workflow and exporting it.
We should add support for those operations so that the same flips, dark subtraction, etc. could be applied in batch to other similar images.
