Upgrade @expensify/react-native-live-markdown before RN 0.86 bump

Part of #96278 — must land before the main React Native 0.86 / Expo SDK 57 bump PR.

Background

From @jakubstec's request (see #96278 (comment)), @expensify/react-native-live-markdown needs to be upgraded on the current RN 0.85 / Expo SDK 56 stack before the main version bump.

Scope

• Bump @expensify/react-native-live-markdown in App (and Mobile-Expensify for HybridApp parity)
• Re-apply or remove existing live-markdown patches under patches/@expensify/react-native-live-markdown/ if any
• Verify Composer live markdown rendering still works (bold, italic, mentions, links, code blocks, etc.)

Target

• Upgrade from 0.1.329 on main to at least 0.1.331

Acceptance criteria

• App builds on iOS, Android, and web
• HybridApp builds if Mobile-Expensify changes are needed

• Patch audit documented: keep, update, or remove
• No new JS console errors
