Suppress zero width space not always working

I place a ​ before emdashes in the HTML to allow wrapping. Those are removed in the text version. When comparing the two, I mark to suppress but the report still marks every instance.

Need to check whether this option understands the &# form.

There isn't any code that is affected by the --ignore-0-space command line argument. The help claims to "suppress zero width space (U+200b)" but 200b doesn't appear in the code either. Could possibly bundle it in with Suppress Word Join as a general "Suppress some invisible stuff"

@rtonsing if you don't have time to look at this, and want to share the code you have, I can look at finishing it up. I was asked about this again recently by a volunteer. Also you're missing one case above, ​

@rtonsing & @tangledhelix - I may have misunderstood how ppcomp works, but I thought that it rendered the HTML as text in order to do the comparison. If that is the case, then the HTML entities &#xxxx will have been converted to the character before the comparison is done, so it shouldn't be necessary to have those explicitly in the code, just the Unicode characters that are suppressed.
