This is the same shared alias used in SECURITY.md — it reaches the maintainer team. When a @p2pdotme/core group is formalised in GitHub, enforcement will move there.
Maintainers may take any action they consider appropriate, up to and including removing comments, closing issues or PRs, and banning contributors from the project. The Contributor Covenant's enforcement guidelines are the reference framework.
