[Idea] Force Sync

Hey!

I absolutely love the idea of syncing data between the desktop and Android versions. This is exactly what native ST was lacking the entire time (I was even considering vibe-coding an extension for it myself!). Your implementation of the sync feature is fantastic and very user-friendly. However, I do occasionally run into an issue.

Let's say I edit some files on my Android device. If I use the default "Initiator wins" setting, NOT all of my edited files will actually sync (especially Personas), which forces me to edit them manually on the other device later. The "Newer copy wins" option is decent, but sometimes it's just much easier to wait a minute and replace everything outright.

To address this, I'd like to suggest adding a button that simply force-uploads everything from the current device, completely overwriting the files on the paired device (with a confirmation warning, of course). New users (including myself just a few days ago) can easily get overwhelmed by all the settings, and a straightforward "overwrite everything" option would be incredibly helpful for them.

Oh, and one more thing: the Sync feature really needs a shortcut. Right now, I have to navigate through User Settings > TauriTavern (which involves a lot of scrolling @ Android) > Sync. I'm aware of the /syncpanel command, but adding a dedicated UI button or a keyboard shortcut would be much more convenient and effective.

Persona has always been a tricky issue because it's stored in settings.json... The same goes for themes, backgrounds, etc. SillyTavern's settings.json is too tightly coupled; I should probably split it up during synchronization.

On the other hand, I admit the sync panel is indeed hidden quite deep, but the current main screen is already full, so this is the only option for now. There's no better solution yet.
