Small GUI bug in collapsible groups - manage groups

Just a small GUI bug.

When having multiple pages of groups, the left and right arrow buttons to switch pages do not quite function properly.

In my case, I have 14 pages total.
I can click the right arrow all the way to page 14 perfectly fine.
But..
If I click the left arrow on page 13 or 14, it does not take me to the previous page as expected. It takes me to page 11.
If I change the UI size to render 4 pages total, clicking the left arrow on page 4 brings me to page 2.
If I change the UI size to render 27 pages total, clicking the left arrow on pages 26 and 27 bring me to page 24.

It appears to only happen when clicking the left arrow button while the default groups are visible.

Easy to replicate.
Create enough empty groups to have enough pages to see the page skip.

Related: Attempting to modify groups in the broken page range does not work. I have 17 pages total, and pages 1-12 all work fine. The left half of page 13 (4 items) works fine, the right half does arbitrary things when any of the buttons are pressed. After that, the edit button on any group appears to act as the 'Delete' button for an item 12 and a half pages earlier
