DataGrid cell borders

I noticed something strange with grid cell borders. Depending on the size of the form or when resizing the form, the cell borders appear and disappear and sometimes, the data in the cells will appear and disappear too. Could the textblock's in the cells be causing this issue? Perhaps the padding in them too? EX: Padding="4,0,4,0"

Is there a way to make them show all the time or is that some sort of refresh issue with the screen that I'm experiencing?
