This is a expected behaviour of 'clear' on standard Linux systems, you should use 'reset' command if you want the termux like behaviour

If you want termux like behaviour you can do it by running this command:

echo "alias clear='reset'" >> /home/.bashrc

and load .bashrc at the button of initrc
