#infrastructure:
- promotes best practices
- smoothes the transition to using continuous integration
- encourages community involvement

#description:
Currently there's a lot of parts of this project that would require manual labor to maintain. To reduce the workload on actual maintainers (as well as random folks like me), I suggest a migration to Web Starter Kit. This would be a fundamental structural change, and should probably be contained in a project.
