chore(release): bump to 0.59.6 and fix drifted __version__ (not published)

Version bump only — no tag, no publish. Carries the canonical-domain README and
project-URL changes so the next release ships them; they cannot reach PyPI
without a new version number.

Also fixes __version__ in src/oneclaw/__init__.py, which still read "0.57.0"
while the package published as 0.59.4 — anyone reading oneclaw.__version__ got
the wrong answer.
